Kitchen cockroaches are very disgusting guests, and once they get into your house it will not be easy to get rid of them. These insects, besides causing nausea, are carrying many diseases and can infest the food if we don’t take action immediately. The most disturbing feature of kitchen cockroaches is that they can hide in almost every corner of our homes. In addition, they tend to be active only at night, and that is exactly when we are too tired to hunt them.

But onion and boric acid will send them away

This trick is very popular because it’s very effective and doesn’t cost much.

You will need:
– a medium-sized onion
– half a cup of corn flour
– some water or beer
– 1 teaspoon of sugar
– 3-4 tablespoons of boric acid

Chop the onion finely, and mix all the ingredients in a bowl and, with a spoon, apply the paste obtained on the places where you suspect the kitchen cockroaches are hiding. Make sure your pet doesn’t come in contact with this paste, because it’s a bit toxic.
