We use dish soap to clean our dishes, but did you know that we can use it for other household chores, such as cleaning the windows.  It has strong degreasing properties and it’s very useful for all household cleaning actions, and sometimes it is even more effective than special window cleaners.

Preparing a vinegar-based solution with a few drops of dish soap you’ll have the best window cleaner, better said the best dirty window weapon.

How to proceed?

Pour in a bucket 3 parts of warm water and 1 part of vinegar, and then add 250 ml of dish detergent. If the windows are very dirty, add 2 parts of water and 2 parts of vinegar.

Stir until you obtain foam, and then, with a soft cloth or sponge, apply the foam on the glass and wipe well with paper towels that do not leave lint or newspapers.

You can put the solution in a spray bottle, and then spray on the glass if you don’t want to use the bucket option.

The windows will remain incredibly clean without any cloudy aspect.

When it comes to clean window corners, it is best to use cotton pads to remove the dirt.

Also with the dish detergent you can successfully clean the window frames.
