A stained bathtub will make the entire bathroom look disgusting, leaving an unsanitary aspect. If you can’t maintain a perfectly cleaned and stainless bathtub, you can still clean it and make it look like new. In addition to regular cleaning, you should know that any bath needs intensive cleaning, preferably with professional products, depending on the severity of existing stains.
However, if you are dealing with ugly stains on your bathtub, you can easily remove them using this vinegar secret. No-scrub needed, just add the mixture and your tub will be impeccable.
You need:
- 3 liters of vinegar
- 6-7 tablespoons of baking soda
How to proceed?
Fill the bathtub with hot water and pour those 3 liters of vinegar along with the baking soda. Leave the ingredients in the bathtub to act for 3-4 hours, and then remove the water from the tub.
With the help of a sponge moisten in dish detergent, rub gently the tub, and rinse with lukewarm water.
Now, your tub will be shiny as new and well disinfected.
If you are not trilled about filling your bathtub with water, you can put vinegar into a spray bottle, and spray twice a week the tub with it. Let it act overnight. The next morning, rinse the tub with lukewarm water.
